Shipping Policy

At  Middle men  we strive to provide you with a seamless shopping experience, including fast and reliable shipping for all orders.

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1 or 2 business days. You will receive a notification when your order is shipped.

  • Shipping Methods: We offer a variety of shipping options to ensure your order reaches you on time. These include standard, expedited, and express delivery. 

  • Shipping Rates: Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and the weight of your order. You can view the exact shipping cost during checkout.

  • International Shipping: We are pleased to offer international shipping to select countries. International shipping rates and delivery times will vary depending on the destination.

  • Shipping Restrictions: Please note that we do not ship to Pakistan 

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we offer a simple return process.

  • Return Eligibility: You can return items within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, in the original condition, and in the original packaging.

  • Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@middlemen.in. We’ll provide you with a return authorization number and the instructions for returning the item.

  • Return Shipping: You will be responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the item was defective or damaged upon arrival. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately for a full refund or replacement.

  • Refunds: Once your return is processed, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.

  • Exchanges: If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the item you wish to receive.

Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

  • Non-Returnable Items: Some items are non-returnable, including but not limited to opened electronics, personalized products, Used Products, 

  • Final Sale Items: Items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged.

    Damaged or Defective Items

    If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order. We will ensure        that your issue is resolved with a replacement or full refund, depending on the circumstances.
